These terms govern your use of the Winboss platform and set out the rights and responsibilities that apply once you register or place a wager.

Eligibility and your account

You must be of legal gaming age and permitted to gamble under the laws of the place where you access Winboss. We may request documents to confirm this at any stage.

Each person may hold a single account, and that account is personal to you. Keep your login credentials confidential, as you remain responsible for any activity carried out through them.

Licensing and lawful operation

Winboss operates under a licence issued by the Romanian National Gambling Office (ONJN), licence number L1213823W001269, valid until 28 February 2031.

We do not currently hold a UK Gambling Commission or Netherlands (KSA) licence. Access may be restricted in territories where we are not authorised to offer our services, and it is your responsibility to ensure participation is legal for you.

Bonuses and promotions

Promotional offers carry their own conditions, including qualifying deposits, wagering requirements, maximum stakes, and expiry dates, all of which are published alongside each offer.

Attempts to exploit promotions through duplicate accounts, collusion, or other abuse allow Winboss to void the bonus, related winnings, and, where warranted, close the account.

Availability, disputes, and changes

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security measures, or legal reasons. Winboss is not liable for losses caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control.

If a dispute arises, contact our support team first. Unresolved complaints are handled under the timelines set by our licence and, where relevant, may be referred to the competent regulator.
